Educational Qualification of AAI Recruitment 2025
-> Fire Services: Bachelor of Engineering degree with a technical specialization in fire engineering, mechanical engineering, or automobile engineering.
-> Human Resources: Graduate with a two-year MBA or its equivalent, specializing in labour welfare, HRM, HRD, PM&IR, or a related field.
-> Language: Hindi or English post-graduation with English or Hindi as a degree-level subject, or any other post-graduation with Hindi and English as a degree-level required or elective subject. Two years of experience translating glossaries and texts from English to Hindi and Hindi to English, ideally technical or scientific

Remuneration of AAI Recruitment 2025
(i) PAY SCALE (IDA): Junior Executive [Group-B: E-1 level] : Rs.40000 – 3% – 140000
(ii) EMOLUMENTS: AAI rules allow for the addition of Basic Pay, Dearness Allowance, Perks at 35% of Basic Pay, HRA, and other benefits like CPF, Gratuity, Social Security Plans, Medical Benefits, etc.
Approximate CTC for the post of Junior Executive would be Rs. 13 lakhs per annum.
(iii) Eligible applicants who arrive through the correct channels from other CPSEs, Statue PSUs, or Government Departments prior to joining AAI will be granted pay protection. In accordance with DPE Guidelines, such pay protection will be given.
